Canal Contract was an initiative to promote design within the national hotel sector. Several interior design studios were selected to carry out the design of the different spaces of a hotel using furniture from national brands. This is the result of the two editions in which the project took place.
The first space we designed was a large meeting room. We also designed an entrance hall, a waiting room whose design anticipates what the client will find after opening the door.
The meeting room has a sinuous open space flanked by a wooden latticework that acts as a corset. Between the lattice slats we place the general lighting that surrounds the meeting table. At the end of the room there is a rest area with sun loungers that form a more relaxed meeting space.
The second project we designed for Canal Contract was a space for leisure located at the base of a vacation hotel. It is a nightclub with a stage, bar and dance area. It is flanked by an artificial pond and a solarium designed to make the space useful at any time of day.
