In the center of Madrid's Gran Vía is the TrypCibles hotel, located in a historic building in the capital. The Meliá hotel chain commissioned us to design its terrace in order to obtain performance from a space that was not being used and that had great potential.

We used ipe wood to cover the floor and designed a platform as a solarium where a series of sun loungers could be placed. In front of them, five fountains contribute with the sound of water to the relaxation of the clients.

The semi-closed spaces that the architecture of the building itself presents on its roof, have served us to accommodate, as reserved, different groups of seats. All the furniture is designed for outdoors and the tables are backlit. In this way we create an intimate atmosphere to enjoy a cocktail on summer nights or to attend a presentation.
